These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bgrich platform. By creating an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out in this document. Please review each section carefully before using our services.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use bgrich. Age verification is mandatory and enforced through our KYC process. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed immediately.
Each player may maintain only one active bgrich account. Creating multiple accounts — including through family members at the same address — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
All bonuses, including welcome bonuses, cashback, and referral rewards, are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting requirements will result in bonus cancellation.
All accounts must complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals are processed. Required documents include a valid Malaysian identity document and proof of address dated within three months.
All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted and converted at prevailing rates at the time of deposit. No currency conversion fees apply to local MYR transfers.
bgrich provides self-exclusion, deposit limit, and session limit tools. If gambling is negatively impacting your life, you are obligated under these Terms to use these tools or contact our support team for assistance.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bgrich ("bgrich", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at bgrich.cam ("Platform", "Website", "Services").
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bgrich platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bgrich platform and close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Providing false information during registration — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
4.1 Registration Requirements
Each Player may only hold one (1) Account on the bgrich platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current and accurate at all times.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or authentication codes with any third party. bgrich will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.3 KYC Documentation
Before any withdrawal is processed, and at any point deemed necessary by bgrich's compliance team, you may be required to submit the following identity verification documents:
bgrich reserves the right to request additional documentation where required. KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Typical verification time is 24–48 business hours.

bgrich does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts where both holders have not been verified, or any payment instrument linked to another player's account. Deposits identified as originating from third-party sources will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
bgrich does not charge deposit processing fees for MYR transactions via local Malaysian payment methods. Fees applicable to cryptocurrency transactions are determined by network conditions and displayed prior to confirmation.
6.1 General Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible, as an anti-money laundering (AML) control.
bgrich aims to process approved withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow/FPX channels during standard operating hours. Processing may take up to twenty-four (24) hours in cases where additional verification is required or during high-volume periods.
6.2 Wagering Completion Requirement
A Player's account must have no outstanding active bonus wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. If a withdrawal is requested while an active bonus is in progress, you will be required to either complete the wagering requirement or forfeit the bonus before the withdrawal is released.
6.3 Withdrawal Limits
Standard accounts are subject to a maximum daily withdrawal limit of RM 30,000 and a maximum weekly limit of RM 100,000. VIP account holders may be eligible for higher limits as determined by bgrich's VIP programme terms. bgrich reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.
bgrich offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing Players. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that bonus and to the general bonus policy set out in this clause.
All bets and wagers placed on the bgrich platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the relevant game interface.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bgrich platform. Engaging in any of the following actions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the bgrich platform — including but not limited to the bgrich name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all associated intellectual property rights — is owned by or licensed to bgrich and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bgrich platform solely for your personal, recreational gambling activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any part of the platform or its content.
Any unauthorised use of bgrich intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bgrich and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the bgrich platform.
bgrich does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to perform scheduled and emergency maintenance, during which time the platform or specific features may be unavailable. bgrich will not compensate Players for losses arising from platform downtime, game errors, or connectivity issues outside our reasonable control.
bgrich's maximum aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bgrich is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a small proportion of users, gambling can develop into a problem with serious personal, financial, and social consequences. We take this responsibility seriously and provide a suite of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity.

bgrich strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals who are subject to a self-exclusion agreement. If you are aware of a vulnerability in our system that could allow a self-excluded individual to access the platform, you are obligated to report it to our support team immediately.
13.1 Termination by bgrich
bgrich reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached any provision of these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity, or where we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
In cases where an Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, bgrich may withhold and forfeit any remaining Account Balance, including both deposited funds and bonus winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13.2 Voluntary Closure by Player
Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting bgrich customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Account Balance after the deduction of any active bonus will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completed KYC verification.
bgrich reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — i.e., where they significantly alter Player rights or obligations — bgrich will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date prominently displayed. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the bgrich platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which bgrich holds its operating licence. Where a dispute arises between bgrich and a Player that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation or our internal complaints process, the matter will be referred to binding arbitration under applicable international arbitration rules.
Players agree to first contact bgrich customer support and allow a reasonable period for internal resolution before initiating any formal legal proceeding. bgrich's internal complaints procedure is outlined in our FAQ section.
Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of Malaysia or any other jurisdiction in which a Player resides.
